PANCAKE PLATE!! – I was craving some pancakes again after I rode the bike for some cross training this morning. Ai nevoie de numai cinci indrediente si poti adauga orice produse vegetale la reteta compusa de obicei dintr-un amestec de iaurt din cocos, fructe de padure si nuci.

Sunday slices because weekends don’t feel complete without pizza. 😍 Smothered a crispy cauliflower crust with smoky hawaiian bbq sauce to make this BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA 🍍🍕, then topped it with juicy grilled chicken, tangy red onions, fresh cilantro, and looots of melty mozz. The end result was a mouthwatering mix of sweet // savory // salty. (SWOONS!). Step-by-step instructions in my stories and written recipe below. Enjoy! 😘 – BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA 1 large plain crust (I used a cauliflower crust, but go with your favorite!) 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup @primalkitchenfoods hawaiian bbq sauce, divided 1 large chicken breast (about 8 oz) 1 cup smoked mozzarella, shredded* 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced 1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped 1. Begin by grilling the chicken: marinate chicken breast in 1/4 cup @primalkitchenfoods hawaiian bbq sauce for ~30 minutes. Preheat a grill or stovetop grill plate; once hot, add chicken and grill ~7-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from heat and chop into small, bite-size pieces. Optional: toss chopped chicken with additional bbq sauce. 2. Assemble the pizza: Spread remaining 1/2 cup bbq sauce on plain pizza crust. Top with cheese and chicken. Bake for ~8 minutes, or until cheese is slightly melted. Remove pizza from oven and top with red onion. Return pizza to oven and bake and additional ~2-3 minutes. 3. Top hot pizza with chopped cilantro, slice, and serve!

Nu trebuie sa urmezi dieta keto ca sa te bucuri de aceasta pizza cu o compozitie de cinci ingrediente. Se poate prepara cu sos de rosii si mozzarella, dar vegetarienii pot scoate branza si adauga ciuperci si spanac sau orice alt topping.

Cel mai simplu suc verde

Daca simplul gand ca trebuie sa gatesti ceva, oricat de simplu, dimineata sau sa pornesti blenderul ti se pare prea mult, exista o ultima solutie pentru micul dejun: un suc verde din doua ingrediente. Exact, doar doua! Adauga pudra vegetala in apa sau in lapte si, gata, ai in pahar necesarul de nutrienti pentru prima parte a zilei!
