1. Salata cu branza de capra, baby spanac si capsune

Te-ai gandit vreodata sa pui capsune intr-o salata sarata? Daca nu, este momentul sa o faci. Aceasta combinatie fresh este incredibil de fina si delicata, nutritiva si plina de vitamine!

Pentru a prepara salata, vei avea nevoie de:
  • O mana mare de baby spanac proaspat
  • 5-6 capsune medii, spalate, curatate si taiate felii
  • 50 grame branza de capra
  • O lingurita de otet balsamic
  • O lingurita de ulei de masline
  • Doua linguri de apa
  • Sare si piper
Modul de preparare:

Pentru inceput, spala foarte bine baby spanacul, apoi lasa-l la uscat. Pune-l intr-un castron, adauga feliile de capsune si sfarama branza de capra deasupra.

Dressingul se prepara prin amestecarea energica a ingredientelor. Daca nu iti place otetul balsamic, il poti inlocui cu otet simplu sau zeama de la jumatate de lamaie.

Pune dressingul peste salata si serveste-o imediat, cat este proaspata, iar capsunele si spanacul isi pastreaza textura.

2. Toast cald cu ricotta, capsune, miere si menta

I don't even remember when was the first time I had a sourdough bread or where I got it, but one thing for sure: it got me hooked. There's something that distinguishes them from most commercialized bread. Baking a loaf of sourdough bread involves multiple stages where one should never lack patience and persistence. The ones I've tried are enjoyable in their own ways – @ardikadwitama's sourdough (the one I used for my bacon and egg toast) has a more pronounced chewiness and tang, something you'd expect in a "sour"dough bread. It goes well with savory stuff, and maybe that's why garlic and thyme oil complemented it perfectly in August's private dinner. Simple, but somehow very pleasant. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The one in this picture is @_niyata's walnut rye bread. It's on the sweeter side and the texture's slightly softer, so I had mine with ricotta, strawberries, and almonds. It's supposed to have raisins, but I requested mine to be made without raisins. There's a certain satisfaction after enjoying a slice of sourdough bread, even when it's only toasted with butter and nothing else. I'd say it's heartier than the cotton-soft regular white bread. I'm not depreciating white bread; it's a matter of preference! Vei avea nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:
  • Doua felii de paine cu maia (poate fi inlocuita cu paine simpla sau cu seminte)
  • 4-5 capsune medii
  • 4 linguri de branza ricotta
  • O lingura de miere sau sirop de agave
  • Cateva frunze de menta proaspata

Briose cu iaurt si capsune, un desert ideal pentru vara

Modul de preparare:

Pentru inceput, spala bine frunzele de menta, apoi spala si capsunele si taie-le felii sau cubulete mari. Poti amesteca ricotta cu mierea sau siropul de agave, daca doresti. Daca nu, ele vor fi adaugate separat.

Prajeste feliile de paine pe ambele parti, in tigaie sau in toaster. Intinde ricotta pe fiecare felie, apoi adauga capsunele si frunzele de menta. Serveste sandwich-urile calde, alaturi de o cafea sau o limonada.

Ingrediente necesare:
  • 10 capsune medii, curatate si spalate, taiate in jumatati
  • 200g fulgi fini de ovaz
  • 2 linguri de faina
  • 50g unt nesarat
  • 7 linguri de zahar brun
Modul de preparare:

Amesteca jumatatile de capsune cu cinci dintre lingurile de zahar brun. Unge o tava cu unt si putina faina, apoi toarna capsunele inauntru.

Separat, amesteca ovazul, untul, faina si celelalte doua linguri de zahar brun. Vei obtine un aluat cu o textura sfaramicioasa, pe care il vei presara uniform peste capsune.

Baga tava la cuptor, la o temperatura de 180 de grade Celsius, timp de 20-30 de minute sau pana cand crusta de deasupra este usor rumenita.

Serveste prajitura fierbinte, cu inghetata de vanilie sau menta!
