Sezonul salatelor si al inghetatei s-a incheiat, iar organismul iti cere tot mai des mancare gatita, fierbinte si satioasa.

Toamna si-a intrat in drepturi, iar tu nu vrei decat sa te cuibaresti in pat, printre perne moi si pilote pufoase. Cu o asemenea vreme rece, ai nevoie de ceva gustos, care sa iti incalzeasca tot corpul din interior.

1. Supa crema de dovleac, cu turmeric si morcovi

Nimic nu se compara cu o supa crema fierbinte si aromata intr-o dupa-amiza ploioasa de toamna. Cu siguranta deja iti imaginezi bolul cald si mirosurile minunate ale mirodeniilor.

Pentru aceasta supa, vei avea nevoie de:
  • 1 kg dovleac, curatat si taiat in cuburi;
  • 2 linguri de ulei;
  • O ceapa alba, tocata;
  • 2 catei de usturoi, zdrobiti;
  • 2 morcovi medii, curatati si taiati cubulete;
  • 1 lingurita de turmeric;
  • Sare si piper.

Caleste ceapa si morcovii intr-o oala, in cele doua linguri de ulei, timp de cinci minute. Apoi, adauga usturoiul si turmericul. Mai lasa amestecul la calit cateva secunde, maximum un minut.

Cum putem introduce turmericul in alimentatia noastra in 3 retete simple

Pune in oala dovleacul si doi litri de apa. Lasa totul sa fiarba, pana cand dovleacul capata o consistenta moale. Il poti verifica intepandu-l cu o furculita.

Lasa supa sa se raceasca partial, apoi foloseste un blender vertical pentru a o transforma in crema. Ajusteaza consistenta adaugand apa calduta si amestecand.

Serveste supa fierbinte, cu seminte de dovleac coapte, presarate deasupra.

2. Paste cu fasole in stil italian

Acest fel de mancare este un clasic italienesc si iti va incalzi atat stomacul, cat si sufletul. Se prepara intr-un singur vas, ceea ce il face perfect pentru o zi relaxanta de toamna, in care nu vrei sa petreci prea mult timp in bucatarie. Pasta e fagioli este aromata, satioasa si foarte sanatoasa!

There is a little Fall chill in the air. The windows are open and there is a pot of soup on the stove. And not just any old soup…. My Grandmas Pasta Fagiole 😘 It’s a glorious Thursday! : : : Grandmas Pasta Fagiole (Watch my stories to see how I made this!) : : : Two 14oz cans of Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed 4 cups of chicken stock 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons fresh chopped rosemary 6-7 cloves of chopped garlic One 28oz can crushed tomatoes One 15 oz can diced tomatoes 1 lb dry Ditalini Pasta 1 teaspoon chili flakes Salt and pepper * Combine all the beans into a bowl. Remove half of them and set aside. With a potato masher, mash the remaining beans in the bowl into a chunky paste. Once smashed, add the whole beans to it. Set aside. Sauté up the chopped garlic in the 3 tbls of olive oil over medium heat. When it begins to brown, add the crushed and diced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and add in the rosemary. Bring to boil and reduce to simmer for 10 minutes. Add in the chicken broth, all the beans and the chili flakes. Stir until all combined, bring to a boil and reduce to simmer for 10 minutes. Add the pasta and stir well. Cook the pasta over Medium heat until just cooked. About 6-8 minutes. Keep in mind you don’t want to overcook the pasta. Even after you remove from the heat, the pasta will continue cooking in the soup so you want to be sure to take it off the burner before it’s completely cooked through. Also the beans and the pasta tend to absorb all the liquid in the soup, so add as much water or broth as you want to thin it out to your desired consistency. Check for seasoning. To serve, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Ingredientele pentru doua portii:
  • Jumatate de ceapa alba, curatata si tocata;
  • 2 tulpini de telina apio;
  • 2 morcovi, curatati si tocati sau taiati felii subtiri;
  • 2 catei de usturoi, zdrobiti;
  • 1 conserva cu rosii taiate cuburi;
  • 1 conserva cu fasole rosie;
  • 150g paste (macaroni, penne sau alt sortiment de paste scurte);
  • Mix de condimente italiene (oregano, busuioc, rozmarin);
  • Sare si piper.

Pune ceapa, telina apio si morcovii intr-o oala si caleste-le la foc mic, intr-un strop de ulei. Adauga usturoiul, apoi rosiile din conserva si condimentele. Lasa aromele sa se intrepatrunda, timp de 5-10 minute, amestecand din cand in cand.

Cele mai bune retete de toamna cu prune parfumate

Adauga fasolea rosie, apoi acopera totul cu apa si lasa amestecul sa fiarba. Apoi adauga pastele si mai lasa mancarea pe foc pana acestea sunt gatite al dente. Gusta preparatul si adauga sare sau piper dupa gust.

Pune pastele cu fasole intr-un bol si rade parmezan proaspat deasupra. Pofta buna!

3. Porridge de ovaz cu dovleac si nuci

Daca adori terciul de ovaz si l-ai gatit deja in zeci de combinatii, este timpul sa imbratisezi varianta de toamna a acestui mic dejun delicios si satios. Porridge-ul cu dovleac si nuci este un rasfat matinal extraordinar, gata in doar zece minute.

Pentru o portie de porridge, vei avea nevoie de:
  • 5 linguri fulgi de ovaz;
  • 2 linguri piure de dovleac;
  • 250 ml lapte de migdale;
  • 1 lingurita mix de condimente pentru placinta (scortisoara, anason, nucsoara);
  • 1 lingura de miere sau sirop de artar;
  • Cateva nuci romanesti sau nuci pecan;
  • Un varf de cutit de sare.

Modul de preparare este extrem de simplu. Nu trebuie decat sa pui toate ingredientele intr-o oala cu fund dublu, la foc mic. Lasa totul sa fiarba, pana cand ovazul se inmoaie, lichidul scade, iar totul se transforma intr-un terci aromat, al carui miros umple toata bucataria.

Intre timp, pune nucile intr-o tigaie si lasa-le sa devina usor crocante. Cand porridge-ul este gata, pune-l intr-un castron, adauga nucile peste el si, daca vrei, mai adauga putin sirop de artar si lapte de migdale.
