My personal top favourite outfits The Duchess of Cambridge has worn. A follower recently asked me to post the outfits Kate has worn as a duchess that I have loved the most — which is a near impossible task! But after a lot of consideration, my top picks are shown above. One of the main reasons I enjoy keeping up with The Duchess is because of her fashion choices. I have always adored the classic, elegant outfits from the 40s, 50s, and 60s, and while we do not see much of the Jackie Kennedy-style of fashion these days, I enjoy seeing a slightly more modernised version through Kate’s outfits. I also love how she puts so much thought into her outfits, from her sartorial choices that pay tribute to a cause or country, or championing homegrown talent at home and abroad. I couldn’t choose just one outfit, so I chose 30 😂 I’m curious to know if there is an outfit of Kate’s that stands out in your mind as being your favourite? Let me know! 💕

What has The Duchess of Cambridge been up to and what can we expect for the next few months? As you know, Kate has been on maternity leave since March, but she has been doing a lot of royal work behind the scenes according to various royal correspondents. There have been a lot of comments across social media platforms criticising The Duchess for the time she has taken off (even though in the UK, maternity leave is up to 52 weeks). Royal work is not limited to public engagements; the family do a great deal of work behind the scenes also, and many private meetings with charities are conducted at the palace that we don’t always see. According to royal expert Rebecca English, The Duchess has been working on launching a new campaign to help children failed by “Broken Britain”. Kate has long been interested in early intervention and how children from disadvantaged backgrounds who do not receive the right help at a young age can suffer lifelong problems. She is expected to launch the campaign early next year. We can expect Kate to return to public duties in October since the palace still has not updated us and they usually announce engagements two weeks in advance. She will most likely have engagements building up towards Christmas in the field of mental health. I assume she will also pay a visit to the Victoria and Albert Museum once she returns, since she became their Patron in March of this year. We may also see Kate at the Global Summit on Mental Health Culture Change which coincides with World Mental Health Day on the 10th of October. On the 12th or October, we will see The Duchess at Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank’s wedding at Windsor. There is also a potential tiara event coming up later in October: the State Visit of King Willem Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands means that we will see some senior royal members at the state banquet in white tie. November will see the royals attend the annual Festival of Remembrance followed by Remembrance Sunday which Kate always attends. Then Prince Charles is having his 70th birthday in November, and The Queen is hosting a private party for the family, so we may see the royals arriving at the palace
